Enable or Disable the (hidden) Administrator account.

You must have an administrator account to do this, follow these steps to check.click here

Click on the 'Start' menu.
Click on 'Control Panel'.
Make sure 'Classic View' is selected, and click on 'User accounts'.
If your user account shows 'Administrator' then you have the privileges to do this.
Click on the 'Start' menu and type 'cmd' into the search bar (DO NOT press enter).
Put the mouse pointer on the top option in the menu and right click to bring up a menu. Select 'Run as administrator'.
If the UAC (User Account Control) asks, click 'Continue'.
Now the command window should open up, type: net user administrator /active:yes and then press enter.
You should now get a message to say 'The command completed successfully'.
If you log off or restart the computer the 'Administrator' account is now available.
Click on the 'Start' menu and type 'cmd' into the search bar (DO NOT press enter).
Note: You must NOT be logged in as the hidden administrator.
Put the mouse pointer on the top option in the menu and right click to bring up a menu. Select 'Run as administrator'.
If the UAC (User Account Control) asks, click 'Continue'.
Now the command window should open up, type: net user administrator /active:no and then press enter.
You should now get a message to say 'The command completed successfully'.
If you log off or restart the computer the 'Administrator' account has now gone.

Make sure, View by: is set to 'Small icons', and click on 'User accounts'.
